These Terms & Conditions govern your use of travellers.com.au (the “Site”), operated by Travellers Australia (ABN 91 133 215 166), 695–699 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Travellers Australia is an Australian-based campervan and motorhome hire comparison and booking service. We help you compare vehicles from third-party rental operators and arrange your booking. The vehicles are owned and supplied by those operators, and each hire is also subject to the operator’s own rental agreement, terms and insurance conditions, which you should read before you travel.
Quotes are indicative and subject to availability and final confirmation by the relevant operator. Prices, inclusions and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. We do not charge booking fees; any rental charges, deposits and security bonds are set and collected by the operator in accordance with their terms.
You are responsible for meeting the operator’s driver requirements, including holding a valid licence, meeting minimum age and driving only within the permitted conditions of hire and insurance.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the booking and cancellation policy of the operator supplying your vehicle. We will assist where we can, but the operator’s policy applies.
We act as a facilitator between you and the rental operator. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, vehicles or services of operators, and our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service or the cost of doing so. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
