Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by travellers.com.au (ABN: 91 133 215 166) (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether made available online, via mobile devices, email, telephone or text. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our services are owned and operated by travellers.com.au and are provided for your personal use. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We act solely as an agent for the campervan, motorhome, 4WD and tour operators listed on our platform. Booked products are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions of each Operator.

1. Definitions

“travellers.com.au” / “we” / “us” / “our” – Travellers.com.au (Travellers Contact Point ABN: 91 133 215 166) incorporated under Australian law. “Platform” – The travellers.com.au website and/or mobile site where rental vehicles and tours are listed for booking. “Product(s)” – Any campervan, motorhome, 4WD or tour made available for booking via our platform. “Operator(s)” – The companies we partner with to provide the Products listed on our platform. “Booking(s)” – Any order, purchase, payment or reservation made by you for a Product listed on our platform.

2. Scope of Our Service

We provide an online platform for you to search, compare and book Products offered by third-party Operators. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct, legally binding contract with the relevant Operator. From that point, we act only as an intermediary, passing your booking details to the Operator and sending a confirmation on their behalf. Information about each Product is supplied by the Operator. While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee that all details are complete or error-free, nor do we endorse an Operator’s quality or rating. The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used for resale, scraping or other competitive purposes without our written consent.

3. Prices & Price Match

All prices shown include GST unless otherwise stated and may be subject to validity dates shown on quotes. Where possible, we aim to match or beat lower prices found for the same Product under the same conditions. Errors, misprints and obvious mistakes are not binding. Special offers are marked as such.

4. Privacy & Cookies

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store and use your information, and our Cookies practices.

5. Service Fees

Unless stated otherwise, we do not charge additional booking fees for using our Platform. You pay the Operator the total amount shown in your booking confirmation. Only Operators with whom we have a commercial relationship will be listed.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. In some cases, payment may be made directly to the Operator. Bank transfers may be available for certain bookings. Some Operators may require upfront payment.

7. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows

All deposits paid to travellers.com.au are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each Operator has its own cancellation, amendment and no-show policies which apply in addition to ours. Review these policies before booking. Late arrival or failure to collect your vehicle may result in cancellation and fees per the Operator’s terms.

8. Communication & Correspondence

By booking, you agree to receive emails relevant to your trip, including confirmation details, pre-travel information and post-trip feedback requests. We are not responsible for delays or failures in communication with Operators after your booking has been confirmed. Use a correct email address and contact details.

9. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or expense arising from your booking. Responsibility for provision of the Product rests with the Operator. Any claims or disputes regarding the Product should be directed to the Operator. Whether or not we facilitate payment, the Operator remains responsible for applicable taxes on the booking price.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software and design elements on the travellers.com.au Platform are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or otherwise use our intellectual property without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
