Travellers Contact Point, Sydney offers a safe and secure place to store your excess luggage - from one day to one year! You can store almost anything, including: Bags, Suitcases, Backpacks, Parcels, Surfboards, Bikes & Didgeridoos.
We are located at: Level 7, Dymocks Building, 428 George Street, Sydney
Open Mon to Fri: 9am – 5.45pm. Closed Weekends & Public Holidays.
You do not need to make booking in advance, just come in and see us.!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The bag, box or container you are storing needs to be strong and durable.
- Bicycles, didgeridoos or surfboards need to be in a protective bag or box.
- Fragile items must be packed in protective wrapping and your bag clearly labelled accordingly, i.e ‘contains fragile items’.
- Whilst all care is taken, Travellers Contact Point will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to stored items.
- Items of a live nature (animals or plants), illegal drugs, flammable goods or food stuffs may NOT be stored. If for any reason such items are discovered, your luggage will be disposed of (without compensation) or given to the Police.
- We strongly advise you take out Travel Insurance and place a padlock on your luggage.
- It is your responsibility to collect your luggage during office hours. Travellers Contact Point is CLOSED on Saturdays (during winter months), Sundays and Public Holidays. Should you require your luggage on these days a $100 call-out fee will be payable (Subject to staff availability: call 0404 087 996).
- If someone other than yourself is to collect your luggage, you must give them the original storage receipt and a letter of authority, plus a detailed description of your luggage so they can identify it.
- Luggage left unpaid for 6 months or longer will be given to charity and no compensation offered. Payments can be made in person or via the phone with a credit card.
- Storage fees must be paid in full. An access fee of $5 will be charged should you need to access your luggage during the period of storage.
