Guest Houses
Our Guest Houses provide cable television, wireless internet and an internet terminal which are free of charge for guests. There are outdoor entertaining areas as well as common rooms for relaxing and making new friends. All bedrooms feature their own TV and DVD and many have their own sink and fridge. Some rooms also have their own private bathroom. Each property has a manager to help you settle in and make sure your property is clean, secure and being properly looked after.

Studios
Studios are a great, affordable way of getting self contained accommodation in some of Sydney's most desirable suburbs. All of our studios are furnished with quality double beds, wardrobe & drawer space, TV & DVD, as well as kitchenette which includes bar fridge, microwave & hotplate. These studios are available on lease terms of 1 month and above. Prices range from $300-$600 per studio (sleeps 1-3 people)

Furnished Apartments
Our properties are located in Sydney's most sought after suburbs, such as; Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Coogee Beach, Bondi Junction & Bondi Beach. All bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes & tallboys, TV & DVD as well as a flexible king 'split zip' bed which can accommodate two friends or a couple. Prices on these range from $160-$200 per person per week.

Shared Living
We have a selection of 4-7 bedroom houses that can be leased for 3 -6 months by larger groups or on a room to room basis. Again these are furnished to a high standard throughout and are in Sydney's best suburbs. Prices on these range from $160-$200 per person per week.
